Dr. Richa Rao is a professionally trained Ayurvedic physician with over 10 years of clinical experience. Specializing in the management of musculoskeletal and lifestyle disorders, she brings a deep understanding of traditional Ayurvedic principles combined with a modern, research-backed approach.
As the daughter-in-law of the late Dr. P. S. Rao, she has been closely mentored by the senior members of the Rao family, acquiring invaluable insights through continuous training and hands-on experience. Her expertise in Kayachikitsa(internal medicine) is complemented by a strong focus on innovation, particularly in adapting traditional methods to contemporary healthcare needs through research-driven modifications.
