THINGS COUPLE SHOULD KEEP IN MIND…

Making this gift more precious has, however, been left to us by honing our skills. Motherhood will blossom in all its glory if we follow our traditional art of conception, Garbha Sanskar.
What Is General Ayurvedic Treatment?
DIET
- The couple must take nutritious and balanced diets at least for 2-3 months.
- Try to have freshly cooked meals.
- Diet must include lentils, ice, vegetables, roti (wheat bread), butter, buttermilk, ghee,
- green gram khichdi and seasonal fruits.
- Include milk and milk products like kheer, dudhpak, basundi in your diet.
- Stay away from processed, Sour items like pav, dabali, pizza, burger, toast, puffs, bakery and fermented items like dhokla, idla, khaman, locho, serkhamni, dosa, uttapam, idli. Also avoid canned food, cold drinks, flavored dishes and Chinese and Punjabi cuisine or any other spicy items.
- Avoid addictions like tea, coffee, tobacco, bidis and cigarettes.
- One should eat only when really hungry. It is advisable to chew the food properly with no distractions. Avoid talking or laughing at the time of meals. Do not eat too quickly or too slow
- Tamasic food like meat, egg, fish, marijuana, alcohol and cannabis are not advisable.
- Avoid too sour or too salty items like pickle, papad.
- A nutritious and balanced diet should be taken in the right proportion. Overeating can lead to indigestion. Try to have smaller meals at regular intervals.
- Meal should include urad, milk and female urad (black lentil and should be cooked in
sesame oil. - Try to restrict the intake of brinjal, papaya, elephant foot yam and dry fruits. Avoid citrus food. Prefer fruits like banana, apple, custard apple.
The food prescribed here is easy to digest and provides nutrition to the seven elements of the body, including plasma, blood, flesh, bones, marrow and semen.
ROUTINE
- Like diet, the couple should also make changes in lifestyle and clothing preferences.
- They should not wear tight jeans or any other skin-tight clothes.
- Today, women find jeans as the most comfortable outfit. But at the time when women used to prefer saree and lehengas, the complications related to the menstrual cycle, infertility or miscarriage were not common. Excess use of tight jeans can be harmful for both males and females. It acts as an obstruction to formation of pure sperm or eggs. Choose loose, comfortable outfits.
- Instead of heavy exercises, do yoga, pranayama and meditation.
- No matter what the situation is, try to avoid emotions like anger, jealousy, worry, hatred and revenge.
- Do not watch TV series, movies or news that have negative content.
- Prefer classical music, literature and spiritual bhajans.
- Stop frequent intake of allopathic medicines.
- Avoid staying awake till late night and excessive use of mobile phones/computers.
- Be in the company of people with high thinking and intelligence. Stay away from negative, wicked and addicted people.
THINGS TO REMEMBER BEFORE CONCEIVING
- One should not overeat.
- Men and women should not be completely hungry.
- They should not be completely thirsty.
- They should not be fearful or having weak morale.
- They must not be perturbed with grief.
- They should not be quarreling or angry.
- Men must not have affection for other women and women must not have affection for any other man.
- They shouldn’t be tired, bored, or agitated because of the hectic day.
- They should not have any kind of pain in the body.
- There must be an interval of three to four hours between dinner and mating time.
